EVENT: Graduates 2 Leaders Communications Workshop

NIAF is offering a Graduates 2 Leaders communications workshop for university students, college graduates and young professionals up to age 30 on Thursday, May 19, 2011, at the Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows in Santa Monica, Calif. from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The workshop will focus on networking and entrepreneurship skills.

Guests speakers include Anthony D’Alessandro, feature reporter for Thompson on Hollywood/IndieWIRE, Bill Cipolla, entertainment producer for FOX 11—Good Day LA and Bill Schneider, political columnist for CNN and professor at George Mason University. Participants will also attend an afternoon Celebrity Meet & Greet with actor Robert Davi, NIAF area coordinator Doug DeLuca, E! News Anchor and Managing Editor and member of the NIAF Board of Directors Giuliana DePandi Rancic and twelve-time MLB All-Star Mike Piazza.

Registration for the workshop is $125 and includes a one-year youth membership to NIAF and admittance to NIAF’s West Coast Gala, a black-tie cocktail reception followed by dinner and an awards presentation. University students, recent college graduates and young professionals up to age 30 are invited to participate.
