How to obtain your NIAF Member Discount on ITA Airways flights

Sign in to the NIAF Portal.
Click “Member Benefits” in the NIAF Portal.
Enter the ITA dedicated website from the Member Benefits section of the NIAF Portal.
You will then be required to send an email to a specific email address requesting a one-time discount code
In the email, indicate your NIAF membership # to certify your eligibility for the discount
Use the code on the official website https://www.ita-airways.com/us/en/homepage
The code must be entered in the appropriate field on the booking summary page before completing the purchase

Please note the Terms and Conditions:

Recipients of the offer: NIAF members and accompanying passengers (including child and infant) max 4 passengers per booking
Discount percentage:
- Medium & Long Haul:
  - Premium & Business 8% on fare (surcharges and taxes excluded)
  - Economy 10% on fare (surcharges and taxes excluded)
- Short Haul: all classes 8% on fare (surcharges and taxes excluded)
Fare brands: all fares (Light, Classic, Flex)
Sale period: until 17 December 2026
Travel period: until 17 December 2026
Embargo period:
- 01 April 2026 – 08 April 2026
- 23 April 2026 – 04 May 2026
Destinations: all the routes of the ITA direct network, apart from Public Service Obligations routes (e.g. Sardinia region) and seasonal routes (e.g. Ibiza)
Combination: the offer cannot be combined with other discounts
Offer availability: linked to the availability of the relevant booking classes
Other conditions: the other conditions and allowances are those of the relevant fare brands

The discount is valid:

for bookings made in the United States
for round trips only (one-way trips are excluded)
only on the first issue of the ticket. In the event of reissue, with or without penalty, the previously discounted amount will also be added

The discount does not apply:

in combination with other promotions or favorable conditions (if discounts reserved for residents of the Sicily region)
on itineraries served by other airlines, including co-sharing agreements (e.g. flight operated by Delta Airlines)
on “multi-leg” itineraries (e.g. New York JFK – Rome FCO, Rome FCO – Washington IAD)
on destinations served by ITA Airways as part of the Territorial Continuity Agreements with the Regions (e.g. Sardinia Region, Trieste-Milan route…)
on seasonal routes (e.g. Pantelleria, Ibiza, Corfu…)
if its value is below 1$

For technical reasons, the discount, if it contains decimals, will always be shown rounded down on the system screens.
