From a hill town between the Calabrian seas, Carolea olives are nurtured and pressed into pure liquid gold. We believe that by preserving ancient legacies, educating consumers, and fostering product authenticity and traceability, we can be a catalyst for farm to table revitalization of olive oil. Through our partnership with Italian small producers of handcrafted goods and collaborations between our olive oil with local vendors, we seek to bring you products that warm your home and nourish your body.
