Born in Steubenville, Ohio to parents Benvenuto and Liberata Cellini, Juanita has been a resident of Bethesda, Maryland for thirty-five years.

In 2005, Juanita established the Anthony Campitelli Endowed Fund, named in honor of her late husband. Juanita established the endowment to continue Tony’s legacy of helping those in need. Anthony Campitelli was a well respected architect and builder in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

The fund was created to support various projects and establishments in the province of Chieti in Abruzzo Italy and in the town of Castel Frentano. Monies earned from the fund are used for annual donations to support nursing homes for the elderly, local schools and churches, scholarships or other designated projects in the Chieti province.

Mrs. Campitelli participates in the annual grant making decisions with the NIAF committee.

Juanita was a former associate at Communications Satellite Corporation in Washington, D.C. She also has a residence in Palm Beach, Fl.
