(WASHINGTON, DC – March 2, 2006) The National Italian American Foundation (NIAF) welcomed His Excellency Silvio Berlusconi, the prime minister of Italy, at a special congressional reception in the United States Capitol yesterday afternoon. The program was moderated by NIAF Chairman Dr. A. Kenneth Ciongoli.
