NIAF successfully celebrated its historic 50th Anniversary Gala on Saturday evening at the Washington Hilton, marking half a century of promoting Italian heritage and strengthening U.S.-Italian relations.
The black-tie celebration welcomed over 2,500 guests in a historic evening --- a powerful symbol of friendship and shared values between the United States and Italy.

Essay Contest for High School Students

NIAF is now accepting applications for the national essay contest on Christopher Columbus. The winner of the contest will receive $1,200 and a free trip to Washington, D.C. for Columbus Day. The contest is open to students in grades 9 through 12 in public, private, or parochial schools, or to those who are home schooled.
