The NIAF 2020 Photo Contest

The National Italian American Foundation
is now accepting submissions for our Seventh Annual NIAF Photo Contest.

The Theme: Non Mollare!

Like almost everything in 2020, this year’s NIAF Photo Contest is a little different from previous years. The Covid-19 pandemic proven to be tragic for many of us and, at the least, a life-changing danger and nuisance.

In Italian, this year’s Photo Contest theme, Non Mollare!, means “Don’t Give Up!” So, the challenge is to submit photos that in some way or another carry that message of resistance, resilience and hope. So, send us your photo that capture images of pandemic positives, of silver linings, of the best of unintended consequences amidst all the sickness, stress, disease and death that have marred 2020. Send us your best photo from the pandemic, or your photo that helped you get through it all.

Find that amazing photograph you took not so long ago that makes your think of better days, maybe in Italy, or maybe in your own backyard. Or, get busy shooting some new images. And send along on paragraph (read rules for length) explaining your photo’s significance during these troubling times.

Please Read Before Submitting Photo
