“The Wildest Comes to Washington” Casino Night. Featuring live music by Louis Prima Jr. and The Witnesses

 WHO:          

Louis Prima Jr. and The Witnesses, a 10-piece band whose sound includes boisterous big band, swaggering rock ‘n’ roll, simmering soul, edgy jazz and swing, will perform songs from its latest album “Blow.” “Blow” is eight original songs, including covers of Adam Ant’s “Goody Two Shoes” and Louis Prima Sr.’s “Robin Hood.” It was recorded at the legendary Capitol Records studio in Los Angeles and co-produced by Prima Jr. and Warrior Records CEO Jim Ervin.

 The Band began to make its mark with a breakout performance at the 2010 New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival.  Two years later, it hit the studio to record its debut offering, “Return of the Wildest.” The critically acclaimed album features fresh takes on Prima classics with the latest album representing the future.

 WHAT:            

Relive the glory days of 1960s and join the party with NIAF!  The evening includes dancing, open bar and heavy hors d’oeuvres, as well as lots of action at the casino tables, exclusive raffle items, prizes and photo opportunities with Louis Prima Jr. and his band!  OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
