Dear Colleagues, I have a question for you. When you teach Survey of Italian Literature in English at your Institution, do you assign readings in English to the entire class and in Italian to those students who are Italian Minors/Majors? Also, do you test the Italian Majors/Minors separately in Italian or do you assign the same tests/exams in English? I would like to know if you have any special testing to determine whether students have done the readings in Italian. I need these data because I am in the process of changing the language of instruction for Survey of Italian Literature from Italian into English, and the information will be included in my letter to the Deans of Arts and Sciences at my University. Thank you in advance for your help. All the best, Victoria Surliuga ** Dr. Victoria Surliuga Assistant Professor of Italian CMLL Department P.O.
