Instructor in Italian, one year non-tenure track position at the University of Georgia, (www.uga.edu), Department of Romance Languages (www.rom.uga.edu), with possibility of renewal. Position begins August 2008. Candidates will have an MA in Italian, with preference given to those with a Ph.D. Ability to teach beginning, intermediate and advanced undergraduate courses in Italian. Ability to teach Spanish or another Romance Language is also highly desirable. Native or near-native fluency in Italian and English required. The University of Georgia is located 90 miles northeast of Atlanta (www.georgia.gov), (www.visitathensga.com).
