This honestly sounds exciting and challenging. However, I'm not sure that I would like to spend my days in Rome looking at SMS messages for clues instead of enjoying the sights, sounds and most importantly ~~culinary delights the city has to offer!

Definitely! But then, I've been to all four cities and seen all of the tourist sites, so I'd be happy for a new way to interact with them. But for someone who's never seen Rome or Venice before, a traditional tour might be better.
