Ambassador's Ball Auction 2008
Governing Rules of Pre-Auction Bidding:
Pre-Auction Bidding will begin at 9:00am on Friday, March 7, 2008 and will end at 9:00pm on MONDAY, MARCH 31, 2008.
You must register before bidding on items.
The minimum bid raise for each item is $10.
At the close of pre-bidding, the last bid will become the starting bid at the reception on Friday, April4 4, 2008. Should this bidder not be out bid on Friday Night, he/she will become the winner of the item.
All items must be paid in full and the winner will be charged via the credit card used to register unless otherwise instructed.
All bids are legally binding and all sales are final. Items will be sold “as is” to the highest bidder. No exchanges will be allowed.
All items won through on-line bidding will be shipped to the winners via UPS ground. Winners are responsible for the shipping costs. Shipping for oversized items or long-distances may incur an addition expenses.
Unless otherwise specified, all items and services must be used within one year of the auction date. If you should need an extension, please contact your item donor.
The buyer waives any claims for liability against either NIAF or the donor, and neither NIAF nor the donor is responsible for any personal injuries or damages that may result from the use of property or services sold.
The values indicated on some items are those given to NIAF by the donor and are not guaranteed by NIAF for tax purposes or for general use.
Unless otherwise specified, all commercial vacations require advance reservations and are on a space available basis, please contact your item donor.
Please carefully read all specifications and limitations on each item. NIAF will be unable to extend certificates that have stated expiration dates or restrictions.
